Conditions of Use
Bayburt University students and University staff may borrow books from the library.
Bayburt University card or a membership card must be presented for admission to the Library.
Borrowed books can not be transferred to other people.
Borrowed books should be returned at the end of time unless the delay penalty is applied for each day.
The equipment is wearing down and losing much will be charged for the current market value.
Bayburt University academic staff and research assistants may borrow up to 10 books for 30 days, graduate students and administrative staff may borrow up to 5 books for 20 days, undergraduate students may borrow up to 5 books for 15 days
Non-book materials, can not be borrowed such as DVD-VCD, reference resourses, law boks etc.
The library collection is protected by an electronic checkpoint at the exit. If necessary you may be subject to a body and bag search by the security staff.
Anyone missing or damaging library materials or premises will be subject to disciplinary measures
Users coming from outside may also benefit from the library, but they can not borrow books.
Users are advised to leave books on desks instead of attempting to place them on shelves from where they have been removed.
Mobile phones may not be used in the library.
No food or drink other than bottled water may be brought in to the Library.
Smoking is prohibited in the library.
In the library speaking loudly and making noise is prohibited.
