According to Article 3, Paragraph 2 of the Current Service Cost, for international students registering through our university’s international student quota, if the student and their family have obtained a residence permit in Turkey; in cases where more than one student from the same family continues their associate or undergraduate education at state higher education institutions, a 25% discount is applied to the tuition fees determined for the programs in which these students are enrolled.
According to Provisional Article 1 of the Current Service Cost, the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 1 do not apply to Syrian students who enrolled before the 2021–2022 academic year. Regarding their tuition fees, for first education programs, the contribution fees will continue to be covered by the budget of the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities instead of being paid by the students, while for second education programs, they will be subject to the standard tuition fee regulations.
Students who are spouses or children of our martyrs and veterans are exempt from tuition fees/contribution payments if they provide a “Right to Benefit Certificate” obtained from the Social Security Institution or its Provincial Directorates, or a document proving their status as a child of a martyr or veteran obtained from military or police authorities. Original documents must be presented during the registration period.
For students with disabilities, a discount equivalent to their disability rate is applied to the tuition/contribution fee if they provide an official "Health Board Report" proving their disability. The original Health Board Report must be presented during registration. Students in the first education program who submit a Health Board Report do not pay tuition/contribution fees even after the normal duration of education.
