21 February Liberation of Bayburt 3x3 Basketball Tournament

A 3x3 Basketball Tournament will be held on the occasion of the 2025 Run While You Can Project (February 21, Liberation of Bayburt from Enemy Occupation) day.

21 FEBRUARY BAYBURT'S LIBERATION PUBLIC 3X3 BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT

1. All Public Institutions, Private Enterprises in our city. Associations, NGOs, Universities, Mukhtars, Chambers of Commerce and Tradesmen, Students, anyone who wants to participate will be able to participate in the tournament.

2. In the tournament, 1 athlete can take part in competitions on behalf of 1 team.

3. Athletes aged 18 (including those born in 2007) and over will be able to participate in the team rosters. 2022-2023-2024 season Athletes with an amateur or professional visa license cannot take part in the Teams.

4. Teams wishing to participate in the tournament must ensure that all athletes on the list; They must submit their photocopies of their identity cards, health reports and team lists to the Provincial Representative by the end of the working day on Monday, February 3, 2025.

5. In the competitions, team athletes will be able to participate in the tournament with the Athlete Card they will issue from the Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports.

6. Matches will be held on the basketball court to be determined by the committee.

7. The playing field shall comply with the dimensions and requirements set forth in the 3x3 FIBA rules of the game.

8. Teams will be formed as the tournament list of the participants will be 3 main + 3 substitutes.

9. During the match, the reserve player and the active players can pass an unlimited number of times.

10. Participants will come to the match field with clothes and shoes suitable for sports.

11. Participants who do not have suitable materials for the sport will not be able to play the match.

12. The teams will be on the field of play 10 minutes before the matches and will warm up together. Warm-up time is 10 minutes.

13. 3x3 competition paper will be used in all categories.

14. In cases where there is no official 3x3 basketball in competitions, a standard basketball can be used.

15. In case of a decrease in athletes from the team (injury, disqualification, etc.), the match can be played until 1 player remains on the field.

16. Competitions consist of 1 period of 10 minutes, which is the playing time in accordance with the official 3x3 match draws.

17. The game clock will be stopped in dead-ball situations and free throws.

18. The game clock will be restarted after the exchange of the ball is completed (when the ball is in the hands of the attacking team). However, the first team to score 21 or more points before the end of the regular game clock wins the match.

19. Objections to team lists must be made before the start of the competition. The Provincial Representative has full authority for other decisions, except for substitute players who enter the game with substitutions after the start of the competition and violations of the rules of the game.

20. The golden score rule applies only to the playing time in accordance with the rule (not to a possible overtime) if the score is equal at the end of the game time in accordance with the rule, an overtime will be played.

21. There will be a 1-minute break before the start of overtime.

22. The first team to score 2 points in overtime wins the match.

23. Competitions will be determined according to the number of entries.

24. For other matters not specified in the Instruction, the FIBA rules of the game shall apply.

In order for an athlete card to be issued, the forms sent in the Annex must be filled in and submitted to the Provincial Representative by 03/02/2025 at the latest.
