Nutrition and Dietetics Program determines individual and social problems in the field of nutrition and diet; evaluates, proposes solutions for the formation of social awareness on nutrition; Informing the individual and the society on these issues, ensuring the establishment of the necessary diet for the development of human health and a quality life; enabling the determination of nutritional needs of different age groups; develops and implements diet programs specific to diseases; have the knowledge and skills to carry out production, management and organization, research and development activities in institutions providing mass nutrition services and in the food industry; has internalized ethical values; It aims to train dietitians who are aware of the realities of the world and who have embraced the importance of lifelong learning.

The education period of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics is 4 years, and students reinforce their theoretical knowledge with applications in Nutrition Anthropometry and Nutrition Principles Laboratories. Students apply the professional knowledge they have acquired through the summer term at the end of the 3rd year and their internship in the last year in a clinical environment under observation.
